Electronics pool (EPOOL)
The electronics pool enables CERN users to rent electronics instrumentation for use at CERN under a given set of conditions. Instrumentation can be rented in the following categories:
Laboratory instruments: Oscilloscopes, Signal generators, DVM, etc.
Modular electronics: VME, CAMAC and NIM modules.
Crates: 9U and 6U VME crates, CAMAC crates, NIM crates
LV and HV supplies: Laboratory and modular power supplies.
Bus analyzers: Overview of available bus analyzers in pool/ESE
Single board VME computer support (only accessible within CERN).
Equipment to be rented is selected with the POOL equipment catalogue.
Your account status can be extracted online.
Pool equipment rented by groups or from budget codes can be seen from CET (click other reports - Electronics pool)
